Dadeh Pardaz Pooneh Co., a tenant company at ISTT has designed and implemented a fully integrated software platform by the name of CRM24 that can monitor and back-up all relations and dealings with customers.

This software can profile every potential lead to a customer and continue this monitoring after their becoming an actual customer by managing all purchases of products and services by that individual/ company.

A special feature of the CRM24 software is its ability to integrate all communication methods within the software. This means that the user can send text messages, Emails, or faxes, make phone calls, and even connect to certain social media outlets all from the same panel within the software. These messages can be customized to include the customer’s name and information.

Another special feature of this software is its ability to integrate voice over IP (VOIP) software that can connect landlines to call center installed hardware making online communication via the internet possible for the user through its different needed applications and software.
